    Job Description

    • Facilitate business side decisions /approvals affecting the program and manage the budgeting for the program within delegated authority.
    Facilitate, chair and drive agenda for the digital organizations programs at leadership meetings, floor walks etc.
    Manage key stakeholders involved in the PMO effort including function representatives, governance teams, workstream leads and teams, and other involved colleagues.
    Ensure Sponsors and working teams are coordinated on areas of dependency across various workstreams
    Ensure teams have access to high quality and clear work plans, execution playbooks, resources and funding, and communication materials.
    Identify and track milestones and KPIs to measure implementation success the various projects undertaken by the organization
    Motivate and influence program members to create a team ethos that encourages innovation and quick actions.
