Job Description

Major Activities:
* 24 x 7 Shift Operations for Managed Security Services
* Project Implementations
* Support for customer network devices
* Ticket handling

* Working closely with technical staff in different domains.
Experience in Networking (switching & Routing), Firewalls, Load balancer and WAF (added advantage)
Good Communication and interpersonal Skills are mandatory. Expert level certifications like CCNP would be an added advantage.
Experience in Networking and Perimeter Security. Expert level knowledge in Firewalls, Proxies and in Two Factor Authentication,
Candidate should have handled at least any three of the Firewall products. Cisco, Juniper, Netscreen, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Fortigate, and any of these Proxy products Bluecoat, Zscaler.
